AI Automated Assistant Disclosure
Transparency is essential to building trust. This page explains how our AI assistants operate, what they can and cannot do, and how human control remains paramount.
How our bots operate
- Automation, Not Final Authority: Our bots act as assistants. They capture information, answer FAQs, and qualify leads based on pre-approved scripts. They cannot sign contracts, approve estimates, or guarantee service delivery.
- Hallucination Risks: Like all Generative AI tools, bots can occasionally produce "hallucinations" (incorrect or nonsensical answers). This is why a human must always review the generated lead summary before any commitment is made to a client.
- Data Processing & Privacy: Data processing and provider API configurations adhere to published privacy terms, minimum necessary data collection, and verified provider settings. Automated AI assistant responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. A person controls estimates, scheduling, and commitments.
- Human Handoff: The system is built around a mandatory "human-in-the-loop" safeguard. All critical project details collected by the bot are handed off to your human team for final review and direct communication.
- Testing vs. Production: Any demo bots or test interactions displayed on this website are explicitly labelled as simulations or fictional examples designed to demonstrate the workflow. They do not represent third-party customer data.
